This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and fitness center. On my first stay, staff helped with a late departure. Ginger's cheerful presence made every breakfast special. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The pools were enjoyable and the breakfast team was very accommodating, though I was disappointed to find the hotel in need of maintenance and cleanliness. Persistent elevator waits added stress to my visit, and the room furnishings could use an update and a deep clean.

I enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the unique pool area. My room was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. I liked the made-to-order omelets for breakfast, but the scrambled eggs and sausage were served cold. The parking fees felt excessive, especially for no added security. The room itself needed updates. the outlets didn’t function properly, and the bathroom fixtures seemed outdated. One huge downside was a dirty smell in the hallways. Overall, I had a decent stay, but I expected more from the Embassy Suites brand.

Had a great time with friends! We explored some local golf courses and checked out a fun art exhibit nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the location was perfect for our adventures. Make sure you check the pool schedule before planning your stay.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't the cleanest, with hair in the shower and an overall worn feeling. Could use some renovations.

Family with kids, good overall experience

Had an amazing breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, made everything so much easier to have great food for the family! And the pool was updated, perfect for the kids to have fun after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know what? It was still acceptable.

We took advantage of the managers reception, it was great for kicking back after the day. The made-to-order omelettes for breakfast? Those were top-notch.

during my stay, I enjoyed a close walk to the beautiful loose park rose garden just 2 km away, and the kansas city art institute was also a short stroll at just 700 meters, making it so easy to explore the area and soak in the local sights. as a solo traveler, I found the comfortable king suite ideal for unwinding after a day filled with city adventures, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention.

the stairs to the deep end pool were broken. the staff was amazing 🤗 and quick to help. the pool area was nice with a friendly atmosphere. the breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from.

The front desk staff offered exceptional help, particularly when my husband needed an additional night due to complications from a medical procedure. they even provided a discounted rate. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the furniture and decor felt outdated, impacting the overall ambiance, and the hotel appeared a bit worn down despite being well-maintained. Additionally, it's not as conveniently located as anticipated, being further from the center of the plaza than expected.

The evening reception was my favorite part! Free drinks and snacks while watching the Chiefs game made my stay enjoyable. However, the pool could use a bit more cleanliness. 😊
